I.
That no Pupil of the Institution be permitted to lodge at any Inn or Public House.
II.
That no Pupil be allowed to enter an Inn or Public House without special reason.
III.
That if any Lodging House Keeper will suffer any of the Pupils to be out at improper hours, or to be guilty of improper conduct, without informing the Warden or such Master as he may name, of such impropriety, the Pupils of the Institution be not allowed to lodge at such House.
IV.
That no Pupil be allowed to change his Lodgings without Permission of the Warden; for which, application must be made through the Acting Master.
V.
That every Pupil be required to attend Divine service at Church twice on Sundays, unless some other place of Worship be named by the Parents or Guardians.
VI.
That none of the Pupils be allowed to go beyond Three Miles from Llandovery, without special Permission from the Warden or one of the Masters.
VII.
That all the Pupils be required to attend a Roll Call at the Institution on the evening of every Holiday, unless special leave of absence be previously granted.
VIII.
That each of the Masters be requested to exercise as much superintendence as is practicable over all the Pupils out of School hours.
IX.
That one of the Masters shall visit each of the Lodging Houses as often as convenient, in each week, at uncertain hours.
