The Old Llandoverian Society was established as a result of a meeting held at the Metropole Hotel, Swansea on January 10th 1903, and celebrated its centenary during the school year 2002-03.
The Society has approximately 2000 members. Full members receive the School Journal annually, around October, and also receive School Newsletters which are sent out every term. Recent issues of the School Journal have contained more Old Llandoverian News. J.Hugh Thomas, who now acts as Honorary College Archivist, edits this part of the journal, and would welcome any Old Llandoverian News.
If you are not on the mailing list, please forward your details, including full names, address, dates at school, to jhughthomas@onetel.com
Please browse the rest of this site to keep up with current and forthcoming Old Llandoverian events. This is an exciting time in the College’s history, with a definite “buzz” around the place. Numbers have risen to a record 300+, including over 50 pupils in the expanding Gollop Preparatory School. The Old Llandoverian Society is thriving, with a continued increase both in the number of subscribers (currently around 200), and in the support and attendance of O.Ll. and College functions.
If you wish to play an active part in the society, you can also become a member of your local branch, or by playing in sports fixtures for the Old Llandoverians against the school and other opponents.
