Brecon Day Itinerary

All pupils may come to school wearing college tracksuits and sports kit

Day buses arrive

Registration  8.30am.

Lesson 1      8.35 - 9.30am.

Lesson 2      9.35 -10.30am.

10.30 – 11.00am. Brecon Day Chapel service

11.00 – 11.15am. Break time

11.15 -11.45am.   Shirt Ceremony 1stXV Great Hall (parents of squad members invited to attend)

11.45                  Fun Run for non-players and all parents who wish to join in at the main college playing fields (only 1k - 10mins)

12.00                 Lunch - Great Hall  (pupils in the U13 & U15 Hockey and Rugby teams will be issued with a free burger token that can be used after their games down the pitches)

Refreshments

Hot drinks, bacon rolls, soup and more will be on sale at the Pavilion at the pitches from 11.30am-1.30pm.

Hot beef and pork rolls, soup, drinks and cakes will be on sale in front of Ty Ddewi from 1.45-4pm.

Hospitality

Warden’s Lunch - Lunch will be held at the Sixth Form Centre from 12-1pm for Vice Presidents, Headteachers, Governors and parents of the captains of the 1^st XV and the 1^st XI,

After Match Meal - A meal for the 1^st XV and 1^st XI teams will be provided in the Confucius Centre after the last match of the day.

Lunch - Lunch for all fun run participants will be held in the Great Hall at 12.10pm

Visitors’ Tea - We will be providing tea, coffee and cakes in the Great Hall after the last match of the day.

Bar - A licensed bar will be open for one hour after the 1st XV match.
