Pupils in Year 6 have been enjoying learning about Environmental (Ephemeral) Art. This exciting topic has really captured the imagination of all pupils. The fact that work is created from nature, is non-permanent (ephemeral) has enabled all pupils to produce pieces that are viewed in a different manner to a painting or sketch. To develop this work further, the Welsh environmental artist Tim Pugh is booked to visit Gollop and hold a workshop with us on the 17th November 2011.
