To mark Llandovery College Prep School’s return to the stage, we are delighted to present ‘Annie Jnr’ as our Trinity term production. The difficult but enjoyable process of casting the show began over two years ago but sadly came to a halt, as we were unable to continue with the rehearsal period due to the pandemic.
We have since re- auditioned and now have a strong and talented company which includes Prep School pupils from Year 3 to Year 8.
Whilst our extremely talented performers form a large part of our production, this is very much a team effort and an enormous amount of work has gone on behind the
Every piece of scenery and every prop has been sourced or crafted by our talented staff and students.
The costumes were made and supplied by the pupils. The set has been designed by ably supported staff from the Prep School, Art and DT departments as well as upper school pupils, with activities in creating, sanding, painting and perfecting a truly remarkable vision of New York, Warbuck’s Mansion and the New York City Municipal Orphanage.
"It really has been a joy and a privilege to bring it altogether and direct this production.
Congratulations to all those involved".
