Llandovery College celebrates the Harvest Festival

Gratitude, generosity, and a collection that leaves the College and goes straight into the town.

The Llandovery College community came together on Friday morning for a very special whole-school service in the College Chapel to celebrate the Harvest Festival.

The service brought together pupils and staff from across the College and was made particularly memorable by The Gollop Prep School, who gave a wonderful rendition of Cauliflowers Fluffy, with a little help from the Revd Hook and the Senior School Prefect Team.

Harvest Festival is an important opportunity to reflect on the importance of gratitude, generosity and supporting those within our wider community. We are incredibly grateful to all the pupils, parents and staff who contributed so generously to this year’s Harvest collection. All donations will be given to our local food bank to support those in need.

It was a joyful occasion and a wonderful reminder of the strong sense of community and generosity at the heart of Llandovery College.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Harvest Festival so special.
