The support available for dyslexic learners.
What makes Llandovery College different from other schools?
It's hard to put into words. It feels special from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so friendly, kind and welcoming. It's a very calming place.
How has your child benefited from a Llandovery education?
My children are happy and confident. They have achieved a good set of GCSEs and have thoroughly enjoyed their time at Llandovery College. They have never not wanted to go to school.
They are both dyslexic learners, and this has never been an issue at Llandovery College.
Why would you recommend the College to other families?
It's simply a wonderful place, creating kind, decent and honest young people.
What should prospective families know?
Overall, it is a special place that creates happy, well-supported children.
What makes the College special for your family?
Llandovery College has always felt special, but the way the community has come together to support the College in its hour of need has been truly remarkable and humbling.
Having been part of the College community since 2013, we have watched our children grow into confident, happy young people in an environment where they have always felt valued and supported. It is a place that genuinely cares for every child and enables them to flourish, whatever their individual strengths or needs.
